CANCELLATION POLICY

Right of withdrawl

You have the right to revoke your purchase agreement within 14 days, without stating reason.

The cancellation period amounts to 14 days,  starting at the day, with  you or a third party (whom you name) accepting the delivery. To use your right of withdrawal you have to inform us;

in terms of stating an explicit declaration revoking the sales agreement  (e.g. Mail, Phone or Email).

After taking that opportunity, we will convey you the confirmation of withdrawl immediatly.

To comply with the cancellation period, it will be enough to inform us about your intention of making use of the cancellation right before the deadline expires.

Consequences of withdrawl

If you revoke your sales agreement, we will have to refund you all the payments that we have recieved from you, including the shipment fee (except for extra costs due to choosing a delivery option other than the  favourable priced standard delivery, which we offer) immediatly and not later than 14 days after recieving your notice of withdrawal.

For the refund we will use the same payment method as the one used for the initial transaction, except we agreed upon something elese beforehand; on no account will you be charged for the refund.

We can withhold the refund until we have recieved the good or until you delivered proof of return consignment.

You have to return the good to us immediatly and not later than 14 days, after giving notice of your withdrawal.

You comply the deadline, if you dispatch the good before the expiration of the deadline.

You will have to pay the cost incurred by the return consignment.

You have to cover the cost in case of deterioration of the good, only if there are signs of demage due to misuse it and it is traced back to you, after thorough examination.
